Week 2 of the Fast-Piece Applique book Blog Tour begins today.

Megan Dougherty!
Way before Generation Q was a glimmer in the eyes of Jake & Melissa they shared with me a blog that was guaranteed to make me laugh.
From that day to this I have chuckled, snorted and had coffee come out my nose while reading some of Megan’s postings.
She has a way of turning a mirror on ourselves that I love and only wish there was more. When I finally got to meet her in person I was pleased to know she is exactly how she writes --- And, it was with Megan and a few others that I added a Love Lorn Toy store to the Tattoo parlor that I visited so long ago on my first Quilt Market trip.
Last year she pulled all her best postings and musings on ‘us’ quilters and put them into a book that should not be missed.
