but today was one of those days.
The early morning hours were totally consumed with moving leaves from everywhere into giant mounds awaiting the large suck-up machine to arrive. Me with my rake and Dave with the blower...
This is one project that seemed like 'no sweat', but turned into a much bigger pile to deal with. The best thing though after all was said and done was looking out on a leafless yard. Perfectly awaiting holiday decorations.
With help from some local friends the lights went up!
Then there was only the entryway to pull together...
Now the Hughes place has a nice welcome to the holidays entryway!
