I've been in Lake Havasu City, AZ since Wednesday.
This was the 8th year of Quilting at the Lake, and boy has it been FUN!
Energy, Enthusiasm and Talent abound with these quilters.
I could not have asked for a better teaching opportunity to kick off 2015, and I am sending huge thanks and hugs to them all!
Meanwhile, today while I'm making my way home I wanted to update you all on the Blog Tour. We have made it through week one, and are set to kick off week two tomorrow with Megan Dougherty (aka The Bitchy Stitcher). Haven't met her yet? Click over -- you'll be sitting at your keyboard chuckling on a good day... and laughing through tears on a GREAT day.

Rose, hope you are able to get home okay. The sun was beautiful in Lake Havasu, but Vegas was rainy after we left the retreat. Enjoyed talking with you in the lobby this morning. Thanks for telling us about the heart blog tour. Judy McNeel
ReplyDeleteOur meet up in the lobby was the best part of the day yesterday Judy. That rain caused delays in Vegas... that turned into me not getting home until 4am this morning. Boy, it feels good to be home, but the sunshine of Lake Havasu and all the good company there is truly missed. Have fun on the tour!
